SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a refrigerator. Refrigerator comprises a cabinet having an inner housing with a storage compartment, a middle plate covering the upper surface of the inner housing, and a door located on the front compartment of the cabinet. Cabinet comprises cover, which is connected to upper surface of middle plate. Cabinet cover is formed by glued laminated wood, in which multiple planks of solid wood are placed parallel to each other and glued. To the lower surface of the cabinet cover there is a plurality of reinforcing brackets in the form of bands of metal material parallel to each other. On the lower surface of the cover of the cabinet a mounting recess is formed, which is concaved inward, into which the reinforcing bracket is inserted.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing convenience of fridge use and preventing cover deformation.
