FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in blasting operations in mining. The emulsion explosive composition includes an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate dispersed in a carbon-hydrogen phase. The carbon-hydrogen phase consists of a mixture with the following ratio of ingredients in the emulsion, wt%: a mixture of mineral oil with high-molecular stabilizing substances 4.01-5.53; hard coal 1.32-1.39; emulsifier 0.4-0.65, and the rest is an aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate. Finely dispersed coal particles with a diameter of not more than 100 microns are used. Coal grinding is carried out. Fine coal is introduced into a mixture of mineral oil with high-molecular substances as stabilizers. Coal is ground in ball or rod mills to a particle size of 0.1 to 100 microns. They are introduced in portions into a mixture of mineral oil with high-molecular substances heated to a temperature of 65 to 85°C. All components are thoroughly mixed for 30 minutes to form a homogeneous black suspension. An emulsifier is added to the mixture.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of the emulsifier, while improving the quality of the emulsion.
