SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The tillage roller contains an H-shaped frame, brackets, rods and rollers of a loosening and leveling type. Each rod has a nut and a spring. The ripper roller contains an axle and disc rippers installed on the axle of the ripping roller at regular intervals in the horizontal plane. Triangular recesses are located on the periphery of the disc rippers. There are tops between the triangular grooves. The tops are also made triangular. They are bilaterally sharpened and directed in different directions from the geometric axis of rotation of the disc rippers. The leveling roller has an axle, side discs, a hollow cylinder mounted on the side discs. There are clod crushers in the form of a four-sided pyramid on the periphery of the hollow cylinder. The clod crushers are rigidly fixed with the base to the outer surface of the hollow cylinder in parallel circular rows along its entire length in such a way that one of the sharp edges of each clod crusher is directed towards the rotation of the tillage roller, and the edges and tops of the crushers are directed in different directions from the geometric axis of rotation of the tillage roller.
