SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ash unloading mechanism. The ash unloading mechanism includes an ash inlet, an ash cooling tank, a scraper, a drive unit that drives the scraper, an ash outlet, the first connecting section with a downward slope from the ash cooling tank, a tank with a float regulator connected with the first connection section, a liquid level sensor, the first liquid supply device that supplies liquid to the outlet, the second liquid supply device that supplies liquid to the ash cooling tank, and a control device that controls the first liquid supply device and the second device for supplying liquid. The control device supplies fluid to replenish it to a predetermined level if the surface of the fluid has dropped below this level and also supplies fluid to the outlet area if the torque value is equal to or greater than the specified value.
EFFECT: invention facilitates the continuous operation of the ash unloading mechanism while reducing costs.
