SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer engineering. Method for sending the first data from the first terminal directly to the second one is disclosed. It comprises as follows: a data exchange platform receiving and publishing the data information associated with the first data issued by the first terminal associated with the first user; the data exchange platform receiving a request for placing an order for the published data information by the second terminal, associated with the second user, and sending the mentioned above request to the first terminal and with that the said order is associated with the exchange of the first data from the first user and the second data from the second user; and the exchange data platform receiving the confirmation information sent by the first terminal to request placing an order to achieve a data exchange agreement between the first user and the second user to be stored in the block chain; receiving by the data exchange platform of the first key sent by the first terminal and used to decrypt the encrypted first data; the exchange data platform sending the first key to the second terminal so that the second terminal, after receiving the encrypted first data sent by the first terminal, decrypts the received first data based on the first key to obtain the first data.
