SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to blockchain technologies and information processing technologies, and particularly to methods and devices for processing transaction on the basis of a blockchain. A method for processing a blockchain-based transaction comprises: in response to a designated account registered through an application client, generating, in accordance with the entered information an account for performing the operation and configured content of the operation, an operating instruction containing account information for the operation and the operation content; and sending an operating instruction to a node in a blockchain network, prompting node in blockchain network to call smart contract corresponding to assigned account, after receiving operating instruction, and perform the operation in accordance with the operation content on the other account corresponding to the account information for the operation.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables processing of a blockchain based transaction, which, in its turn, provides the possibility of administrative intervention in a blockchain without violation of transaction processing.
