FIELD: engine production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a mechanism for converting rotational motion into consistent forward motion. The vibration compensation device for a stepper engine consists of several supports symmetrically fixed to the output shaft, fixed with the possibility of transverse movements, and includes a crank driven by the input shaft, and the output shaft is fixed at the free end of the crank. The output shaft is rotated in the same direction and plane as the crank, while the output shaft is rotated more slowly than the crank. The angular velocity of the output shaft is changed depending on the current angular velocity and the position of the crank. According to the presented versions of the vibration compensation device, the angular velocity of the output shaft is proposed to be adjusted using different variators or controlled gearboxes.
EFFECT: decrease in coefficient of friction and the dimensions of the device and a significant reduction in vibrations and possibility of excluding cam mechanisms and springs from the design of the device.
