FIELD: centralized gear shifting system.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises planetary reduction gearbox, two gears drive gears, two friction clutches of reduction gear operating mode and automatic control means. Simple three-link planetary reduction gear is installed in separate crankcase on three-shaft intermediate shaft or two-shaft gearbox output shaft. Carrier rests on two supports in crankcase, sun gear of reduction gear is rigidly connected with shaft. Satellites are installed on the carrier axes. Inside carrier axis there is intermediate shaft of three-shaft box or input shaft of two-shaft box, housing of reduction gear is connected with output shaft by gear pair of gears. At the end of tubular shaft of epicyclic gear there installed is friction disk(s) blocked by piston relative to crankcase. On the opposite side there is a friction disk(s) installed on the intermediate shaft of the three-shaft box or on the input shaft of the two-shaft box, which are locked by the piston relative to the casing. To measure angular velocities of shafts, sensors are used, system is actuated by electronic control unit.
EFFECT: achieving robotization of mechanical gearboxes and improving reliability of gearboxes.
