FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical networks. Three armored transformers with leads (4-12) of the primary windings, located on the terminal blocks (1-3), are connected to the mains with a common switch 12. What's new is that leads 5, 8, 11 of the middle windings of the transformers are connected to different phases of the mains. In the second version, the output of the capacitor bank 17 is connected to the taps of one primary winding of each transformer.

EFFECT: as a result, the symmetry of the network is improved, the starting currents are reduced.
