FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for creation of high-intensity ultrasonic oscillations in gas media. Piezoelectric oscillating system for ultrasonic action on gas media consists of series-arranged and acoustically interconnected piezoelectric transducer, metal concentrator with cylindrical end, having flat connecting end surface for emitter connection. Emitter is made in form of solid cylinder with length equal to half of wavelength in material of radiator, diameter of emitter exceeds by more than 2 times length of emitter, in one of flat end surfaces of radiation channel is made with diameter corresponding to diameter of cylindrical end of concentrator, depth of not more than 0.35L, ending with a flat connection surface connected to the end surface of the concentrator. On radiator cylindrical surface is symmetrical relative to end surfaces, at distances of not more than 0.15L, annular grooves with depth of 0.06D and width of not more than 0.15L are made, before end emitting surface, on the side of concentrator connection, reflector of ultrasonic oscillations is arranged.
EFFECT: technical result is piezoelectric oscillation system provides for action on gas media with intensity of not less than 155 dB at frequency 22 kHz at power consumption of not more than 90 W.
