FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry, in particular for low-rise building of structures for various purposes by printing on a 3D printer. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of erecting a heat-insulated concrete wall with preliminary surface treatment on a 3D construction printer is characterized by the fact that the erection of the wall occurs cyclically as follows: a fixed formwork is formed by the print head using the method of layer-by-layer imposition of the printing composition according to the control program. In this case, once the height of the printed layers reaches 0.5 meters, switching to the next stage of the program occurs. During this stage, the distribution unit is automatically switched from the print head to the filling nozzle; furthermore the formwork cavities are filled, the latters being intended for insulation with foam concrete. After this the next stage of the program begins, during which the external surface of the printed formwork is processed by the milling head. Once this stage is completed, the transition to the next cycle of the program occurs and the stages are repeated until the end of the program and also the technical result is achieved by using the device for implementing this method.

EFFECT: technical result achieved during the implementation of the claimed invention consists in increasing the efficiency, expanding operational capabilities, as well as the field of using the method of erecting a heat-insulated concrete wall with preliminary surface treatment on a 3D construction printer and the device for its implementation due to the performance of additional operations such as filling the technological cavities with fixed formwork with foam concrete and heavy concrete, insulation with various materials, leveling of external surfaces of fixed formwork.
