FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to civil and industrial construction methods, in particular to prefabricated frame-monolithic buildings, and can be used in erection of both low-rise and high-rise buildings with long service life. Method of erection of multi-storey building with energy-saving multilayer walls includes floor erection of external walls from wall panels of high degree of factory readiness. In compliance with design documentation, panels are made at the factory, wooden frame of which is trimmed on both sides with plate materials, on top of which there are vapor-permeable facade panels on metal under-planks on the outer side. In the hollows of the wooden frame on the outer side there is a heat insulation material, and also in the cavities the engineering communications are laid and fixed, fiberglass reinforcement is laid and fixed. Panels are transported to the construction site and used as a fixed formwork for concrete pouring. Building base used is warmed Swedish plate (WSP), from which outlets of reinforcement are made for dressing with building walls fittings. After installation of external and internal walls of a floor installation of the inter-floor covering from beams made of steel thin-walled profiles (LSTS), to which from below hood profiles are fixed with lining from below with gypsum boards, on which two layers of mineral plate, rigid and soft, which is the base for communication laying, are laid. Beams are installed on process stops located on inner side of external walls, and fixed with self-tapping screws. After installation of communications on beams corrugated sheet is laid, fiberglass reinforcement mesh. Transitions between foundation and walls, between walls and inter-floor slabs are reinforced with fiberglass reinforcement. In joints of wall panels, connected engineering communications and fittings are connected, inter-panel angles and junctions are sealed. After assembling from panels of process carcass of two floors between lining of wooden panel of panels, which forms a fixed formwork, plasticized fine-grained concrete is used to form the main monolithic concrete contour. First floor walls are poured from the second floor, and floors are then closed. At pouring of the second and next floors this cycle of works is repeated. Prior to pouring of plasticized fine-grained concrete, fixed mold and inter-beam space is sealed.
EFFECT: invention increases strength of the structure, and considerably reduces time and labor costs for mounting the building.
