SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of personal protection and namely to the field of medical face masks and can be used in general medical practice for personal protection of the respiratory system from infections transmitted by airborne droplets as well as a protective mask for workers of medical institutions and laboratories using special clothes with antibacterial and antiviral impregnation. The protective mask consists of a mask with a device for attaching it to the user's head and a respiratory assembly with a filter element made of woven or non-woven fabric filter material, and it is equipped with an exhalation valve and an inhalation valve. The exhalation valve is installed on the mask and the inhalation valve is installed at the respiratory assembly inlet. The respiratory assembly consists of at least one flexible tube with an air intake element. The air intake element is made in the form of a perforated container. The fabric filter is represented by the user's clothing, while the flexible tube is connected at one end to the inhalation valve and at the other end to the air intake element installed under the user's clothing with the possibility of intake of air that has passed through the material of the clothing.

EFFECT: service life of the device is increased.
