FIELD: personal protection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual protection, in particular to medical face masks with carbon filters, and can be used in general medical practice for individual respiratory protection against airborne infections, as well as protective mask for workers of medical institutions and laboratories. Protective mask with carbon filter comprises housing with device for its attachment on face of wearer and chamber with filter, installed in front face part of housing, wherein the filter is made in the form of a blister package consisting of a substrate film with blisters, the blisters are presented with activated carbon tablets, and in the substrate film, respectively blisters, is made with at least one hole, a diameter smaller than the diameter of the blister, chamber has shape of pocket corresponding to size and shape of blister package, at that housing and chamber are made of woven or non-woven materials.

EFFECT: simplification of carbon filter device, reduction of negative effect of water vapors from exhaled air on activated charcoal of filter and provision of disposable nature of protective mask.
