FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: the present invention relates to a portable cleaning device implementing any combination of functions 1) removal of contaminants through the use of a chemical reagent, 2) washing of the rest of contaminants and a chemical substance, 3) evaporation of water from the treated area of an article of clothing. The use of a removable contamination removal tool containing contamination removal material is preferably carried out together with a portable cleaning device.
EFFECT: invention enables effective removal of and washing the rest of contaminants as well as evaporation of water from the treated area.
