SUBSTANCE: disclosed is dispenser for fluid dispensing, comprising reservoir for storage of dispensed liquid; manually controlled pumping device located in the first end of the reservoir; a channel extending from the pumping device to the second end of the reservoir distal to the first end area. Channel is configured to transfer the contents of the reservoir from the region of the second end to the pumping fixture. Dispenser includes a dispensing channel extending from the pumping fixture and comprising a dispensing opening in its end area for fluid communication with the pumping device. Dispenser comprises a tube with an open end extending from the pumping fixture and configured to cover the dispensing channel. Tube with open end extends to the point where its open end is located at least adjacent to end of dispensing channel, on which dispensing opening is located. Actuation of pump device causes transfer of reservoir contents from reservoir to end of dispensing channel, on which dispensing opening is located.
EFFECT: disclosed is a dispenser.
