SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and can be used to obtain an agent for the treatment of endometritis in cows. The agent for the treatment of endometritis contains a decoction of licorice root in distilled water with ciprofloxacin dissolved in it and phenol in the following ratio of components, wt%: ciprofloxacin - 0.2-0.3; licorice root - 1-2; phenol - 0.1, distilled water - the rest.
EFFECT: use of this agent allows increasing contractile function of the uterus of the animal, and the resulting agent has a high regenerative anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
