SUBSTANCE: invention discloses intravaginal suppositories for the prevention of postpartum endometritis in female farm animals, including a chemotherapeutic agent, gelatin, glycerin and distilled water, while additionally containing an aqueous extract of propolis, an oily extract of a composition of herbs, sodium bicarbonate, as a chemotherapeutic agent, chlorphyllipt 2%; the components per a suppository are used in the following ratio, g: gelatin — 2.0–2.05; distilled water — 1.0–1.05; aqueous extract of propolis — 0.5–0.55; glycerin — 5.0–5.05; oil extract of herbs — 0.3–0.35; chlorphyllipt 2% — 1.0–1.05; sodium bicarbonate — 0.2–0.25, the suppositories are cone-shaped, 8 cm long, 1.5 cm thick, weighing 10.0–10.35 g, and the herbal oil extract is obtained from a mixture of crushed dried chamomile flowers — 20 g, calendula flowers — 20 g, bergenia rhizomes — 20 g, upland uterus herbs — 20 g, shepherd's purse herbs — 20 g.

EFFECT: targeted delivery of chemotherapeutic and herbal agents to the vagina and uterus in cows for the treatment and prevention of gynecological diseases.
