FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry; environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering methods of environmental protection and can be used for reclamation of soils in wetland in the oil and gas complex impact zone. Method of water-lowering oil-contaminated soils is characterized by the fact that on the surface of the soil a central well is drilled, from which trenches are excavated in the radial direction and perforated pipes are laid under the ground water level, wherein ground water drains into central well and is stratified into surface layer of oil products and water. Surface layer of oil products is pumped to the accumulator with the pump, and water is pumped to the surface, are subjected to cleaning by settling in a two-section settling tank, then by successive filtration in coalescing, granular and sorption loading, then disinfected with ultraviolet radiation and accumulated in a reservoir of clean water, after which cleaned ground water under pressure is supplied to infiltration injection well located near water supply source. Sediment recovered from the settling tank and the soil extracted from the well and trenches during construction are placed on biodegradation sites of oil products.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of water level reduction and decontamination of ground waters, provision of decontaminated extracted soils and sediments and utilization of treated ground water.
