FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a torque limiting apparatus which is comprised of a locking member for a nut or a bolt head, wherein the locking member in the rear zone of the locking member has a top part with a driving profile for coupling the top part with a setting tool not allowing for rotation, and the locking member in the front zone of the locking member has a receiving part with a receiving well for setting the nut or respectively the bolt head not allowing for rotation. The locking member is equipped with three torque applying bridges connected with the receiving part ant the top part forming a set point of fracture. Also a mounting system is described which includes said apparatus and an expanding anchor.
EFFECT: invention is characterized by high accuracy of fracture and reliability.
