FIELD: limiting torque devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for limiting torque, comprising a nut and a latch element, and the latch element in the rear area of the latch element has an upper part with a leash profile for mating the upper part with the adjustment tool without the possibility of rotation; the latch element in the front area of the latch element has a receiving part with a receiving socket, in which a nut is installed without the possibility of rotation. The upper part of the nut has a through hole through which a threaded rod, screwed into the nut, enters from the latch element along the longitudinal axis of the device, passing it through the upper part, and the latch element has at least one connector that connects the receiving part and the upper part, forming predetermined point of rupture. In at least one plane of the longitudinal section of the device on the segment defining the minimum wall thickness, the smallest thickness of at least one connector is provided, which runs at α angle of more than 45°to the longitudinal axis of the device. In addition, the claim describes a fastening system that includes the specified device.
EFFECT: new design torque limiting device is proposed.
