FIELD: gas turbines.
SUBSTANCE: analysis method is intended for a gas turbine containing multiple combustion chambers for gas ignition. The method consists in obtaining measurements of the first temperature for the first set of sensing points. Each of the first set of sensing points is associated with one of the many combustion chambers. The second temperature measurements are obtained for the second set of sensing points. Each of the second set of sensing points is located downstream from the set of combustion chambers. The connections between the first set of sensing points and the second set of sensing points are determined. The determination includes the use of first and second temperature measurements and information about the position of the first and second set of sensing points to determine the vortex characteristics for a gas turbine. The vortex characteristics are the angular shift between the ignited gas in the set of combustion chambers and the ignited gas in the second set of sensing points. A machine-readable information carrier containing instructions written on it, which, when executed by the processing device, ensure the execution of the method with the processing device, and the gas turbine are disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase determining vortex characteristics accuracy.
