FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: installation for heating objects includes a unit for connecting to an exhaust gas source, an air inlet and distribution unit, an air heater unit, a heated air outlet unit, a power supply and control unit, while the air inlet and distribution unit consists of a mixing chamber with an inlet valve and an air filter, a fan driven by an electric motor installed between the mixing chamber and the heat exchanger, an inlet duct connecting the fan and the air circuit of the heat exchanger, an air duct after the air heater that connects the air circuit of the heat exchanger and the heated air outlet, a bypass air duct of the heat exchanger, the connection point of which is in the inlet duct between the fan and the heat exchanger, the heated air supply duct to the mixing chamber, the connection point of which is located in the duct after the air heater, and in the duct after the air heater, bypass duct, and in the mixing chamber-leading heated air duct dampers are installed, and the air heater unit consists of a gas-to-gas heat exchanger, an inlet flue, an outlet flue, a bypass flue of the heat exchanger and dampers installed in the inlet and bypass flue, and the power supply and control unit is electrically connected to consumers electric power and sensors installed in the nodes and units of the apparatus, and the heated air outlet unit is located outside the high-temperature zone of the air heater unit and has outlets for connecting flexible air ducts, and all nodes and units of the apparatus are installed on a common frame and protected from precipitation by a canopy.
EFFECT: invention provides for obtaining thermal energy without using fuel, increasing reliability, fire safety of the thermal energy source.
