SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail transport, and more specifically to the body structure of a dump car. The dump car contains a body with longitudinal sides and a floor, the inner surfaces of which are equipped with protective sheets (1, 5). The safety sheets (1, 5) are made of wear-resistant high-strength steel. The sheet thickness provides the specified surface hardness. The sheets are equipped with longitudinal stiffeners (2, 6) of circular or rectangular section made of structural steel, which are fixed on the transverse elements of the car - beams (3) of the upper frame and ribs (7) and hinges (8) of the sides. The number of stiffeners and the dimensions of the sections are selected by calculation, providing a given stiffness of the structure.

EFFECT: invention lengthens the overhaul period of the dump car, reduces the weight of the dumpcar.
