FIELD: oil and gas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production area, operations of hydraulic fracturing of the formation, in particular to the simulation of hydraulic fracturing of the formation relative to the horizontal wellbore. According to the method for modeling hydraulic fractures of a formation, the value of the length of a hydraulic fracture (HF) crossing a horizontal well and data on the location of this fracture are obtained. A hydrodynamic model of the formation is built using cells of a given geometry. The cells of the reservoir hydrodynamic model are determined, along which the trajectory of the hydraulic fracture passes. The lengths of the hydraulic fracture sections in the cells of the reservoir hydrodynamic model are determined. In each cell of the hydrodynamic model of the formation, along which the trajectory of the hydraulic fracture passes, there is a model of a vertical well, made with the possibility of simulating a hydraulic fracture of the formation. For each vertical well model, which are located in the cells of the reservoir hydrodynamic model, the negative skin factor (S) is calculated from the cell geometry and the lengths of the hydraulic fracture sections in the corresponding cells; modeling a hydraulic fracture using vertical well models with a negative skin factor.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy of modeling the effect of using one-stage and multi-stage hydraulic fracturing in the development of oil and gas reservoirs with horizontal wells with hydraulic fracturing, reducing the time for modeling hydraulic fractures, as well as the versatility of the method for modeling hydraulic fractures of various conductivity types (for example, finite / infinite), hydraulic fractures that can have different positions relative to the horizontal wellbore (for example, across / along), also for wells with different types of well fluid (gas and oil).
