FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in industrial erection of buildings, in large-panel housing construction. Large-panel building with longitudinal and transverse wall panels with floor slabs, with planning cells in number of two or more. Planning cells adjoin each other through a common transverse wall. Area and boundaries of the planning cells are determined by the perimeter closed location of the nearest to each other bearing transverse and longitudinal walls of the building, consisting of wall panels, including external wall panels, which can be both bearing and not bearing. Longitudinal wall panels of planning cells form walls with inner surfaces of wall panels, i.e. facing the inside of the planning cells, are in the same plane for a length equal to the length of one planning cell or more. Also, the inner surfaces of the opposed longitudinal walls of the planning cells are parallel at adjacent to each other and having a common transverse wall of the planning cells. Height of cells is equal, since inner surfaces of floor plates of said cells, which form their floor and ceiling, are in one plane, and inner surfaces of floor and ceiling plates are parallel to each other. At that, common transverse walls of planning cells, consisting of one or more wall panels, have height equal to, taking into account mounting clearances, corresponding to internal dimensions of height of adjacent to them planning cells, and have length dimensions, taking into account mounting clearances, equal to corresponding sizes of distance between inner planes of opposite longitudinal walls of one or both of two adjacent to given panel of planning cells. In the data plane of the transverse wall panels, said transverse wall panels are configured to be mounted in different locations of one or both of two adjacent to the given transverse wall panel of the planning cells, depending on their required area, by moving the mounting position of the transverse wall panels along the building. At least one of two or both transverse wall panels of planning cell mounting support joint of joint of said panel with slabs can be in version of resting on it of one or more floor slabs, in which the vertical projection of the said floor slab to the horizontal plane is located simultaneously in the area of two adjacent planning cells or more than two.
EFFECT: invention provides a building structure design, in which in a wide range of discrete values smoothly change length, and, respectively, the area of base apartments in the direction along the building by changing the area of the planning cells included in the said apartments.
