FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the construction of large-panel residential and public buildings with a free layout of premises and the possibility of redevelopment during the operation of buildings, where, according to planning conditions, it is necessary to cover spans of up to 8 meters or more, while having smooth ceilings. The technical result of the invention is to ensure the installation and operational stability of a building with a free layout. A typical module of a large-panel building containing wall panels and floor slabs, while the longitudinal load-bearing walls consist of external rectangular wall panels and transverse load-bearing elements. Transverse load-bearing walls are mounted at the ends of a typical module, forming end walls and load-bearing railings for stair-lift units. The transverse load-bearing element of the longitudinal load-bearing wall is designed to hold the load falling on the wall panels, which perceive the load only from the floor slabs resting on them within the storey of a typical module and transfer it to the transverse load-bearing element of the longitudinal load-bearing wall. This transverse bearing element is made in the form of a block in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped equal in height to the height of the wall panel. Along the two opposite sides of the block, in opposite directions, support pads are made for mating with the support pads of the wall panel. The platforms are made at a height exceeding the location of the center of gravity of the wall panel for mounting the mentioned support platforms of the wall panels on the support platforms of the longitudinal bearing element. Along the typical module inside it, panels of the middle wall are mounted in a row with the possibility of zoning the module. The end wall consists of three end panels, the middle of which has two support platforms for interface with the end panels of the end wall, which are arranged at a height exceeding the location of the center of gravity of the end wall. Floor slabs, made along the width of a typical module, create a single floor disk by reinforcing them for the entire length of a typical module with continuous reinforcement lines oriented along the longitudinal walls and at the surfaces of the wall panels connected to the reinforcement outlets in the longitudinal joints of the panels.
EFFECT: ensuring the installation and operational stability of a building with a free layout.
