SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid processing device, to a distillation apparatus, to methods for processing and distilling liquids, and to products obtained by these methods of processing and distilling liquids. The distillation apparatus contains a device for processing liquids and an evaporator made with the possibility of supplying steam to a steam inlet. The liquid processing device contains a steam inlet; a vessel for the liquid, and the vessel is in a fluid communication with the steam inlet; a steam outlet. The device is designed in such a way that during the use steam from the steam inlet is directed to the liquid in the vessel. The liquid from the vessel may interact with the solid or immobilized material in the chamber, in fluid communication with the vessel. The steam from the liquid can be directed to the steam outlet. And the chamber is located inside the vessel.
EFFECT: distillation apparatus suitable for extraction of plant substances with reduced degradation.
