FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. The device for peritoneal dialysis has a support stand. The holder of the device body is located vertically upwards from it. The control and regulation electronics are located in the body of the device. A tray for receiving at least one bag for solution is attached to the body of the apparatus from above, and a weighing tray for at least one drainage bag for receiving used dialysate is connected from below through a load cell. The tubing system, which is subject to automatic weight-dependent filling, includes at least three trunk sections for connection to at least one drainage bag, to at least one solution bag and to a patient. The valves include at least one valve which is located on the body of the device and is supposed to provide a fluid connection between at least one bag for solution and the patient. A drain valve is located on the holder of the body of the device and is provided between the patient and at least one drainage bag. The regulation/control electronics contains at least one characteristic curve that determines the open time of the valves in relation to the weight of the solution bag. Disclosed is a method for automatic weight-dependent filling of the tubing system.
EFFECT: invention ensures patient safety by monitoring dialyzer bag connectors and tubing clamps and full dialysis fluid filling.
