FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine, namely to efferent and intensive therapy, and can be used in treatment of pathologies requiring carrying out peritoneal dialysis. For this purpose claimed is method of processing blood-free flowing medium, obtained from patient's abdominal cavity by means of system, which includes the following elements: first pipeline for flowing medium, which carries stream of flowing medium from user's abdominal cavity to separator, separator, line of processing and second pipeline for flowing medium, connected with line of processing for ensuring introduction of at least part of flowing medium from line of processing into abdominal cavity. In separator division of blood-free flowing medium into relatively protein rich flowing medium and relatively protein-free flowing medium. Relatively rich with protein stream constitutes in average at least 15 vol. % from stream of flowing medium. On line of processing, connected to separator, performed is processing of relatively protein rich flowing medium by means of sorbent which has, at least, mainly immobilised urenase for obtaining purified restored flowing medium. After that, by second pipeline, connected with line of processing, introduction, of at least, part of flowing medium from line of processing into abdominal cavity is realised. At least 80% of stream of flowing medium from abdominal cavity is returned into abdominal cavity in form of flowing medium from line of processing within 8 hours.
EFFECT: group of inventions will make it possible to increase dialysing efficiency within short time interval without loss of peritoneal proteins and addition of fresh dialysate due to creation of recirculation system.
