SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical communication, in particular to laser atmospheric information transmission systems and can be used to transfer information between objects through the atmosphere, for example, to organize a communication channel between two subscribers or between a subscriber and a subscriber access station. The technical result consists in the development of a transceiver device for an atmospheric optical communication line, providing an increase in the speed, accuracy and maintaining the stability of pointing optical transceivers at each other at various communication distances. To the effect, the transceiver device of the atmospheric duplex optical communication line consists of a motor, which is pivotally connected to a rotation mechanism.

EFFECT: thanks to the introduced focusing mirror, fiber-optic collector and motor with a turning mechanism, together with other features, increased speed, accuracy and stability of pointing optical transceivers at each other at various communication distances is achieved.
