FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for parametric tests of shaftless pumps, their scale models and elements of impellers. Test bench comprises a closed loop including a supply tank (T), a suction P, a pressure tank P and a metering tank T, connected in series by pipelines (P) shutoff-control valves and control and measuring devices. Base of the consumable T is located below the base of the measured T and higher than the suction P.T are made with a volume exceeding the volume of the liquid (L) placed in them with the possibility of formation of a free surface L in them. Measured T is made from transparent or semitransparent material and has divisions on its surface. P for discharge of liquid from the supply T into the suction P is located in the lower part of the supply T with the possibility of withdrawal L under the free surface L of the supply T. P for withdrawal of L from the measuring T into the supply T is located in the lower part of the dimensional T with possibility of withdrawal L under the free surface L of dimensional T. P for supply L to measuring T is located above free surface L of dimensional T. P for supply L to flow T is located above free surface L of supply T. Suction and pressure P are located along one axis, connected to control and measuring devices and equipped with flanges with possibility of connecting tested unit with elements of impeller of impeller pump so that axis of rotation of tested unit coincides with axis of pressure and suction P. Unit is connected to drive device.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplification of stand design, its manufacturing and repair, installation of tested equipment and increase in overhaul period with simultaneous expansion of test bench functionality and provision of reliability and accuracy of measurements, as well as higher productivity and efficiency of stand.
