FIELD: agriculture; dairy husbandry.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed for mechanization of dairy husbandry facilities, particularly, to milk pump testers. Proposed stand for testing milk pump consists of service tank, and suction and delivery pipelines connecting service tank with pump under testing. Stand is furnished with pressure and temperature transmitters, milk flow rate transmitter and recorder. To determine amount of air formed in working chamber of milk pump and provide reliable starting of pump, measuring glass with float-valve is secured on electric motor stand by means of brackets and clamps. Said measuring glass is connected by intake pipe with working chamber of milk pump and by pipe with Pilot tube and delivery pipeline. Cutoff is fitted on end of Pilot tube. To determine quality characteristics of milk, samples of milk are taken from measuring glass with side tap into vertical test tube secured by brackets in stand, tap being provided with shutoff member. To carry out testing of milk pump under production conditions, stand is secured on movable frame with turnable wheels and handle.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of testing of milk pump.
