FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in tubular heaters for fluids in oil, chemical and other industries for heat treatment of liquids having process and other limitations on maximum heating temperature. In tubular heater containing heat exchange chamber, burner device made of straight tubes and arranged in heat exchange chamber product coil adjacent to walls of heat exchange chamber, and located inside it symmetrically internal product coil, tubular feeds and outlets of product coils, heat exchange chamber is made in form of rectangular parallelepiped with flat side, upper, lower, front frontal and back walls, burner device is arranged on front wall, adjacent to smoke outlet channel, inner product coil is two-row and arranged with gaps relative to front and rear walls of heat exchange chamber, between rows of pipes of internal product coil there are sheets from heat-resistant material, forming walls of gas channel, product coil adjacent to walls of heat exchange chamber, and inner product coil are made of stud tubes, open ends of which are connected to each other by commutator pipes with disk partitions in diametric cross-sections.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced metal consumption, increased efficiency and reliability of tubular heater operation.
