FIELD: machine building; heating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and heat engineering and can be used for heating of fuel gas. Fuel gas flow with initial temperature is supplied to heat exchange apparatus consisting of bundle of heat exchange tubes with finning, laid in horizontal rows and spaced horizontally and vertically from each other, with intermediate heat carrier – hot air forced by fan. At that, to compensate for temperature differences, gas flow to the heat exchange apparatus located directly above the air cooling apparatus is controlled by Ranque-Hilsch vortex tube, where fuel gas after heat exchanger enters tangentially, spirally moves inside pipe towards "hot" outlet, wherein gas temperature at pipe surface is +20÷+30 °C. Closer to tube axis, gas has lower temperature. Needle valve transmits only heated part of flow, which passes through check valve for provision of variability of vortex tube operation, equipped with electric drive and temperature control sensors for automatic smooth adjustment of vortex tube operation mode and possibility of using structure in different range of initial parameters of heated gas and gas at outlet of vortex tube. Further, the gas is supplied to a receiver equipped with a balancing line for pressure leveling downstream the vortex pipe and a check valve, from where the required temperature is supplied to the combustion chamber of the gas pumping unit. Chilled part of flow starts spiral rotation to "cold" outlet of vortex tube, comes out of it with temperature 0÷+10 °C and is to be heated to a heat exchange apparatus for repeating the cycle.
EFFECT: providing smooth control of fuel gas temperature and increasing efficiency of the plant.
