The towing vehicle contains a tow hitch containing a housing for mounting the specified tow hitch, a first element rotatably mounted relative to the housing, and a second element sliding relative to the first element. The towing hitch has a retracted position in which the first element is locked in a first pivotal position relative to the housing and the second element is locked in a first longitudinal position relative to the first element. The tow hitch has an operating position for towing, in which the first element is locked in a second pivotal position relative to the housing, the second element is locked in a second longitudinal position relative to the first element, and a tow hitch is attached to the second element.

EFFECT: it becomes possible to tow a trailer, which does not interfere with the operation of the back shovel during its operation. It is possible to tow the trailer, which does not interfere with the functioning of the backhoe during its operation.
