FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for stoped excavation in mines and mines and mechanized excavation of mine workings in masses of low-abrasive rocks. The operating element of the unit for tunneling and cleaning works includes a flat cutting bar mounted on a movable carriage with a feed and spacer hydraulic cylinders for cutting slots in the rock mass with the formation of a clipped pillar, and a mechanism for detaching the clipped pillar installed inside the frame of the cutting bar. The breakaway mechanism is made in the form of at least one double-sided hydraulic cylinder installed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cutting bar, and a pusher connected by means of a hinge connection with the hydraulic cylinder rod and with a breaker. The stripper is pivotally attached to the frame of the cutting bar and is configured to act on one of the side surfaces of the cut slot when performing a rotary movement under the action of the pusher. The amount of forward movement of the pusher is limited by the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, and the reverse - by the position of the stop. The rod of the double-sided hydraulic cylinder is equipped with guides.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing productivity, reducing specific energy consumption and increasing the reliability of the rock cutting element.
