SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction industry and can be used in the field of creating tension planes, in particular, stretch ceilings. According to the claimed group of inventions, a tension web fixing unit is used, which includes a fixing insert and a bearing profile having at least one supporting rib and a locking profile element containing at least one slot cavity open on one side for inserting and fixing the tension web , in which the fixing insert is installed in the groove cavity of the locking profile element and is made of elastic elastic material, and the shape of the insert is made in the form of a profile with elastic tension-compression deformation. In this case, the width of the fixing insert in the cross section is not less than the maximum width of the groove of the profile element in the cross section, and the height of the fixing insert is comparable in height with the height of the groove cavity, with the possibility of fixing the web in the groove cavity of the locking profile element along its back wall by pressing with the web force to the inner wall of the groove cavity with the elastic surface of the fixing insert. The fixing of the web in the locking profile element is carried out by installing a fixing insert into the inner cavity of the keyway of the locking profile element and inserting a tension blade into the keyway of the locking profile element by means of an assembly tool, between the adjacent surfaces of the support rib and the fixing insert, with the mounting tool pressing the elastic surface of the insert towards the outer rib at the stage of insertion, and tension of the web, and fixing the position of the web in the groove cavity by pressing the web with the elastic surface of the insert to the support rib when removing the mounting tool from the groove cavity.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution provides a simple, convenient and ergonomic installation and reliable web tension, and also provides ability to close the gap between the tension web and the wall.
