SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of weapons, namely, to methods for improving the accuracy of shooting. With the help of a computer, an electromechanical device for feeding shells, loading and ejecting the cartridge case, a device for pointing the gun at the target, the gun is prepared for firing, the fighter with the help of an artillery sight points the gun at the target and carries out the first shot. Then the fighter on the computer monitor, where the targets are displayed, marks the first target and the place of the shell break with a pointer, so that the coordinates of the target and the place of the shell break are entered in the computer memory. After that, the computer determines the corrections for pointing the gun at the target based on the coordinates of the first target and the place where the shell broke. The electromechanical device for pointing the gun at the target receives a command from the computer to point the gun at the target, re-points the gun at the first target, taking into account the corrections, and then gives the command to fire. After hitting the first target, the fighter on the monitor notes the coordinates of other targets located approximately at the same distance from the gun and at the same level relatively to other targets vertically, and gives the command to hit these targets, shooting at which is carried out automatically, taking into account previously defined corrections that take into account atmospheric conditions (wind, air density, etc.), the movement of mobile targets.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of shooting and reduced time of pointing the gun at the target.
