FIELD: weapons.

SUBSTANCE: automatic guidance of the weapon on the target is carried out by two firing shots on opposite sides relative to the target. To guide the gun on the target and subsequent rounds with live ammunition, the following is required: electromechanical devices which charge the weapon and guide it to the target; computer for controlling said devices; a camera which, together with the computer, determines the distance from the gun to the target; computer to aim the gun at the target, and perform two sighting rounds with shell smoke bombs filled with smoke during night, and at night with light charges to fix points of ingress. To increase accuracy of firing point of projectiles should be in opposite sides of target. Using the coordinates of these points, the weapon is accurately pointed on the target taking into account the actual speed and direction of the wind of precipitation, air density, difference in the level of the gun and target location. Method of interpolation is used to define angles of gun guidance to target in horizontal and vertical plane taking into account atmospheric conditions and difference in level of gun and target location. Taking into account the established angles, accurate aiming of the weapon on the target is carried out and the shot is fired with a live projectile; adjustment and combat shells have the same mass and geometrical dimensions.

EFFECT: aiming of the weapon on the target without human participation.
