FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, to technologies of electrohydrodynamic shock destruction, disinfection and mixing of peat particles with water for the preparation of fertilizers from water-soluble humic substances used as stimulators of plant growth and development. The installation contains a loading hopper, a peat dispenser, a liquid activator tank, a mud pump, a sludge tank, and a storage tank. The installation contains a control unit with control and measuring equipment, an air compressor connected to a pulse current generator, while the pulse current generator is connected to the main spark gap installed in the treated liquid activator reservoir, in which a reflecting plate is located. The activator reservoir in its lower part is connected through a branch pipe with a mud pump, which in turn is connected to an electrically controlled valve that directs the water flow from the mud pump outlet or back to the water activator reservoir through a tangentially fixed branch pipe or directs the water flow to a hydrocyclone that directs the slurry into a sludge container, and the resulting water-peat fertilizer into a storage container or consumer container.
EFFECT: said invention is aimed at increasing efficiency of peat processing, creating reliable and easy-to-use equipment with increased productivity, providing high-quality preparation of liquid fertilizers without the use of an alkaline reagent.
