FIELD: measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing infrared coatings, it is intended for the creation of coatings of blackbody radiation simulators used in the calibration of non-contact temperature measuring instruments. In the method, a composite mixture is created, for which two components are evenly mixed in a given proportion - a binder and a filler, then the created composite mixture is applied to the surface of the object in several layers. A hydrocarbon-based varnish is used as a binder. As a filler, solid particles are used, the dimensions of which are within a given accuracy and a given wavelength range. The mass ratio of the filler and binder in the composite mixture or the number of coating layers is calculated based on the specified emittance of the coating.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the spectral emittance of the coating, an expansion of its scope and availability of use, and a simplification of the production technology.
