SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. A method for cleaning a milk system with a dispensing device includes: replacing the milk container of the milk system with a cleaning module (10) containing at least two zones (12, 14), into which a cleaning fluid is poured, and a cleaning agent is loaded into the chamber (24); connecting zones (12) and (14) with docking assemblies (18, 18) of the milk system for sucking in the cleaning fluid, moving it through the milk system and partially returning to the cleaning module (10); flushing the milk system with the said medium;; completion of the rinsing of the circuit, wherein the cleaning fluid is discharged and the valve device (42) of the second zone (14) is closed and the final rinsing of the milk system with the cleaning fluid from the first zone (12). A device for implementing this method is also described.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the milk system cleaning, reduce the required cleaning time, make it understandable for the user, reduce the risk of failures and make it controlled.
