FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for automatic quality control of technological products in the processes of concentration of ores containing magnetic iron. The present invention shakes a system for automatic control of magnetite content in the pulp, which contains a sample receiving device, a vertical non-magnetic pipe connected to the sample receiving device, an electromagnet fixed on a movable arm, a force-measuring element mounted on the wall of a vertical non-magnetic pipe, a pulp level sensor in the sample receiving device and a control controller. The system additionally contains a controlled sampler, a density sensor of a controlled product, a valve and a filter-regulator for supplying compressed air to a vertical non-magnetic pipe, a valve for supplying water for flushing, a weighing transducer and a demagnetizing device, electrically connected, respectively, to a force-measuring element and an electromagnet, a measuring cuvette, rigidly fixed to the bottom of the vertical pipe. The measuring cuvette is made of a non-magnetic material in the form of a piece of rectangular pipe. The flow area of the cell is from 50 to 60% of the flow area of the vertical pipe, the area of its front wall facing the electromagnet is at least twice the area of the active surface of the electromagnet, on the inner surface of the opposite wall of the cell there is a reflective element made in the form of a flat a rectangular protrusion, the internal angle of inclination of which to the plane of the wall is from 25 to 35°, and the lower edge of the protrusion is located above the level of the outer surface of the electromagnet not less than its height. The flow area bounded by the lower edge of the protrusion and the walls is from 30 to 40% of the flow area of the measuring cell, and the lower part of the measuring cell contains a pneumatically actuated shut-off valve. The outputs of the controller are connected to the inputs of a demagnetizing device, a controlled sampler, a pneumatic drive of a shut-off valve, a valve for supplying compressed air to a vertical non-magnetic pipe and a valve for supplying water for flushing, and the inputs are connected to the outputs of a densitometer, a slurry level sensor and a weighing transducer.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring the content of magnetite in the pulp due to the separation of magnetite particles in the process of deposition from the total mass of the material due to forced aeration of the deposition zone, selective saturation with magnetic particles of the magnetic attraction zone, taking into account the physical properties of the analyzed flow.
