FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises filter accommodated in tight sampling container communicated with accumulating container. It comprises also controlled vacuum source, tight sampling container, receive/transmit station made up of tight container with union arranged at container cylindrical section to feed water for rinsing sample transfer line. System incorporates filtration unit arranged between sampler and receiver/transmit station and made up of tight overflow container accommodating filtration element and filtrate accumulation container provided with filtration element, tightly communicated with aforesaid container. Note here that system control, indication and data processing unit incorporating electro pneumatic and electric control elements provided with programmable logic controller and digital signal processing program. Additionally, system incorporates device to receive process samples that required pre-filtration or sedimentation, deaeration, harmful gas evacuation, and rinsing water. Said device represents n air separator. Besides, it includes sample vacuum feed device to feed samples to measuring device that consists of serially connected switch to receive fed process samples or rinsing water, flow measuring cell connected to vacuum generation and feed system of receive/transmit station. Note also that said switch is located below flow flask level and made up of closed vessel provided with covers with unions to supply various samples, and electric sample availability pickup arranged at its bottom. Said cell is closed by protective film and located nearby reference sample arranged on driven carriage. Note that receive/transmit station of analytical complex is located below the level of aforesaid flow measuring cell and features volume exceeding total volumes of fed sample and rinsing water, and communicated with flow cell and return line. Additionally, system comprises device to automatically feed metered amounts of rinsing water made up of water coarse filter. Also, it incorporates electro pneumatic control devices to control primary samplers, sample preparation and delivery to analysis points, receive signals from electric pickups and interacts with devices incorporated with the system in compliance with cyclogram. Additionally, it includes electric control device comprising operator panel with indication and visualisation means to control sample feed, those for rinsing, returning products into process, as well as receiving and processing measurement results and data transfer.

EFFECT: stationary conditions for liquid sample analysis.
