FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a car windshield. The windshield has a display area wherein information is projected onto said area using the light emitted by indication apparatus on the windshield. The windshield is comprised of an outer glass plate, an inner glass plate located opposite to the outer glass plate and an intermediate layer located between the outer glass plate and the inner glass plate. Lattice points are set in the display area with a step of no more than 20 mm. When measuring the wedge angles at the lattice points using an interferometer with an amount of pixels of 240x240 or more, the difference between the largest and the smallest value of the wedge angle is no more than 0.32 mrad.
EFFECT: forming of double image is avoided even if the display area onto which the information is projected by the indication apparatus on the windshield is increased.
