AUTOMATIC LOAD CONTROL DEVICE FOR A COAL MINER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E21C35/24

Abstract RU 2747136 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control of mining machines and can be used for automatic control of the load of a coal miner. The device for automatic control of the load of the coal mining harvester contains a source of a reference signal, an adder and a PI controller, the output of which is connected to the input of the drive of the coal mining harvester, in the output circuits of which a cutting current sensor is connected, the output of which is connected to the input of the low-pass filter. At the same time, two blocks of time delay and a neural network unit are additionally introduced into it, the first input of which is connected to the first input of the regulator and the output of the adder, and the first input and output of the controller, respectively, through the first and second blocks of the time delay are connected to the second and third inputs of the neural network unit, respectively, the first and second outputs of which are connected respectively to the second and third inputs of the regulator, and the output of the reference signal source is connected to the first input of the adder, the second input of which is connected to the output of the low-pass filter, and the PI controller contains an integrator, first and second multipliers and an adder. Moreover, the first input of the regulator is connected to the input of the integrator and the first input of the first multiplier, the output of which is connected to the first input of the adder, and the output of the integrator is connected to the first input of the second multiplier, the output of which is connected to the second input of the adder, the output of which is the output of the regulator, the second and third inputs which are connected respectively to the second inputs of the first and second multipliers.

EFFECT: increasing the speed of the control system in conditions of changing parameters of the object to control (coal strength) in order to ensure the specified quality of the transient process.
