SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyclic depsipeptides of Formula (1A1-1) where each pyrazole is independently and separately optionally substituted by at least one substituent selected from C1-C6 alkyl, halogen, cyano, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl optionally substituted by at least one substituent selected from fluoro, chloro, methyl and methoxy; C1-C6 alkoxy phenyl optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from halogen and methoxy; -C1-cyclopropyl; C2-C6 alkynyl optionally substituted with cyclopropyl or phenyl; and pyrrole optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from cyano and methyl. Also provided are compositions comprising said depsipeptides.

EFFECT: cyclic depsipeptides of formula (1A1-1) are intended for the treatment of endoparasitic infection in animals, in particular endoparasitic infection caused by a filarial parasite such as Dirofiliaria.
