SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic compounds, specifically to a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where R1 is selected from the group consisting of H and unsubstituted C1-C4 alkyl; ring A is selected from the group consisting of 6-membered aryl; where ring A is optionally substituted with substitutes in amount of 1 to 3, selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom and C1-C6 alkyl; X is selected from a group consisting of O and CH2; Z1 is selected from C when ring A is 6-membered aryl, n is 1 or 2; and 
is selected from the group specified in cl. 1 of the present invention. Invention also relates to individual compounds, as well as a pharmaceutical composition and use based on said compound.
EFFECT: obtaining alternative compounds for treating RIP1-mediated diseases.
