SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photonic quantum communication systems. The device for transferring quantum states contains a sender unit containing a source of monochromatic radiation (1), a fiber optical isolator (2), an electro-optical phase modulator (3), an optical attenuator (4), and an electronic control and synchronization unit (5), and a receiver unit, which contains a spectral filter (10), an electro-optical modulation unit with compensation for polarization distortions, a single photon detector (11), an electronic control and synchronization unit (12), and the electro-optical modulation unit with compensation for polarization distortions contains a fiber polarization beam splitter (8), two electro-optical phase modulator (6,7) and a fiber polarization connector (9), and the sender unit is connected to the receiver unit via a quantum channel (13), a synchronization channel (14) and an open channel (15).
EFFECT: reduced rate of quantum errors.
